As a new customer, I arrived at Salon 2000 for my 2:30 p.m. appointment five minutes early. I then proceeded to wait for 35 minutes. I finally gave up and left at 3:05 p.m. I watched my stylist the last ten minutes of my wait assisting her last customer in picking out eye shadow. I understand things can get backed up. However, I don't expect to sit and watch my stylist discuss make up when she is already running 25 minutes behind on my appointment. The other kicker is there was no apology by the receptionist when I left and no attempt in my 35 minute wait to apologize for the delay or even try to explain why there was a delay. This is Aveda - - It is sad to see this salon represents their brand!
