I've been bringing my car to Burnside for a few years now. First time, dealership told me that based on the symptoms I was describing I would need a new clutch to the tune of $1800. My dad called his Cadillac dealership and asked who has their fleet account and they recommended Burnside. Turns out all I needed was the master and slave cylinders replaced and it came to about $200.
Recently had the battery replaced and the rear differential fluid. My Honda has a weird security setting where you need to know the stereo code to reprogram it if it is disconnected from the electrical. Of course since I never write anything down, I had no clue what the code was. George was kind enough to call Honda and obtain the code for me.
They also charged me the same amount for parts AND labor for battery replacement as Napa would have charged me to just carry one out. They're also always able to get me in and out in a timely manner.
Thanks, George and Tony! :)
