I just wanted to drop you a note concerning my experience at your shop yesterday. From the 1st time I called to the time I drove away, I felt as though I had found the perfect place to trust my car to. I am new to BMW ownership and there is plenty I don't know about the car. But I do know when someone looks down their nose at me or tries to "smoke screen" repair charges. It was refreshing to get personal attention from Norma and Margaret, both of whom understood and answered my questions. And James was willing to listen to my "newbie" questions, as well as being thorough in inspecting my car and going over in detail what repairs needed to be made - tough to do on a busy Monday! I felt as though I got excellent, knowledgeable service from your shop - you are all Pro's in my book. I also thank you Mark, for taking the time to chat with me about BMW's - I didn't realize you were the owner! As I drove back home to Beaverton, my car ran the best it has since I purchased it.
