Although the employees are nice, the customer service itself is sub-par. I have spent literally thousands at their store during my art career, they refused to take back an opened package of poor quality Testors acrylic paint. I understand refund policies, but c'mon! What kind of store refuses to take back poor quality merchandise? I'm a loyal customer and have been shopping at this store ever since it opened. They all know me there.
