I was inspired to write this review after a service experience that i received earlier today. My A/C stopped blowing cold air even though it was running, turns out i had neglected to replace my air filter (shame on me). Anyway, just the interaction of my technician with my sometimes handful pet, really left me feeling that this individual really did care about communicating what needed to be done, where he needed to go, so i was really placed at ease right away, and we even had a couple of laughs, which included my german shepherd, totally not what i was expecting from having to have someone in to correct my mistake.
