Bob Simmons, HVAC Service Technician, did my furnace inspection today. He was on time, efficient, and thorough. I had mentioned a potential electrical problem when he arrived. Bob volunteered to contact Applewood when he was finished with his inspection and make the appointment for me to have someone come out and evaluate the situation. Once he was completely finished, he went over the evaluation, gave me some tips on the temperature gauge and made sure that it was also in perfect working order. Bob then asked about the electrical issue. Bob then called the office, told them what I had said, and set up the appointment for an electrician to come out and give me some options. I am extremely pleased with Applewood and with Bob. I have used this company for several years.
