I would NOT give this Storage Mart any star except you have too. This StorageMart has the worst ""customer service"" in the KC area. They charge fake ""insurance"" fees, and the DO NOT post when they charge ""late fees."" I have been a customer for over 2 years and have indeed paid $1000's & $1000's of dollars BUT NOT in rent for storage but for misc. late fees, cut the lock fees, advertising fees etc. and I have never complained, I was late, but I was recently 12 hours late (according to them) and I was charged $25.00. Had I known that the date was not correct cut off date-I could have hand delivered my payment, since I work 19 BLOCKS away from the location. But they had to have their late charge-fine, I would/will NEVER rent or store with this company again EVER! They couldn't say ""we will forgive this fee this time."" They would rather say drop dead-we want the $25.00 instead of having good customer service relations. So, if I were you, find out ALL about late fees, upon late, late fees-these people have no concept of ""customer service."" Try and find someone who wants your business and understands ""customer service!"" Phyllis Marshall more
