Being a seasoned veteran pool owner, and never having my pool turn green or cloudy I pretty much know what I'm talking about. I've been to this place 2 times this year and they are the most un helpfull people ever. Especially the guy that works there. Both times the guy tried making it sound like I was dumb, and he had no idea what winterizer for my pool was. They are over priced and they just selling you stuff for no reason. I will never go back. I'm a Viscount person from now on, and they know to take care of there pools and there costumers.
