I went to the Queen(owner) for a while and got really tired of her moodiness - no respect for my time (a color would take an entire evening) and the other services were absolutely below the bar for what they charged and I was always disappointed. The owner sometimes took 45 minutes to mix up a color for my hair! Up until the end, I was always satisfied with my hair but she knew I could afford whatever she wanted to do - it could cost me in total over $300.00 with tip and most of the time, it was always a surprise that I was being billed for services I had no idea she was doing. She never respected my time nor money. I never in my life ever met someone who thought so highly of herself, was so moody and always had her staff running around for her like chickens. If she ever felt like you were undermining her ""capabilities"" by asking questions, the hair on her neck would stand up. Almost always, we were constantly interrupted by questions and more questions.\r

I have moved on very happily and have been going to one of the top salons in the Twin Cities and I am treated like the Queen. The services are so much better and I now don't have to sacrifice my entire evenings for a hair appointment. And better yet, I am spending far less money! \r
