I totally agree with the other ladies who gave low ratings. I was VERY disappointed with the service here. The stylists just stand around and gossip to each other or talk on their phones while MULTIPLE people are waiting to get their hair done. I was waiting for an unnecessarily long time. I could tell that the other people waiting were also getting very irritated. It wasn't even like the stylists were taking care of other clients while they were talking. They were just chillin like they could care less that 3 people were waiting to do their hair. So unprofessional. Don't be fooled by the nice website and advertisements.
I will never come here again.
