I buy alot of automotive parts between carquest, autozone and O'reillys. My problem was last year when I tried warrantying out a $35 dollar wheel bearing. I took the old wheel bearing into oreillys, (which was of poor quality) because it was loose and falling apart\r
after only 11 months. So I'm already upset because I have to put the wheel bearing on twice. I take the wheel bearing in and immediately I am told that this wheel bearing "is not the wheel bearing they sold me" I asked how they figured and they said "because it has an excessive amount of rust on the wheel bearing". So I speak to the manager and he actually agrees with the guy at the counter!!! I asked him if it could possibly rust in Iowa after a year when it's bolted behind the tire? He says yes, but not that much! I take the other tire off and take a picture of that wheel bearing. I then put the loose bearing back on to take pictures of the difference between the bearing and the hub. I go back and they tell me the
