Do not use them. They told me a time frame that was inaccurate, even after I said it was the most important thing to me, but they agreed to make that quick buck. Bob "The Owner" took no responsibility for his sales staff (hope he has better parenting skills than that), the job was a mess. Lead dust everywhere ( I have 2 young children). They left window shades uninstalled. Do yourself a favor. Go with Bennett. Friend used them and had no regrets. Shame on me for not researching this more. Learn from my mistake. Any sort of reply to this is an admission of guilt in my book.
