Larry and his staff disgust me. This company simply stinks. Everything about it! Its hard to keep this review professional & not resort to the typical expletives and name calling. They are a terrible company office and internal wise. Garbage pickup is barely ok. Have had problems. But its mainly with the office staff and LARRY! From Rota, Judy, Paula, etc.. they have the worst customer service, they are rude, unhelpful, always irritated. Why wouldn't they be?? There is no competition, no waste mgmt options. Just them. There needs to be some sort of alternative for us so we can either get better service or better options. Get your STUFF together Larry! You shouldn't have to have competitors for you to offer good service, internet payments, be open til at least 530pm when people are off work, etc.... Get rid of your office girls! They are nasty/rude, worn out and treat everyone like "garbage".
