I took my mother's '89 Mercedes into Ralph's with transmission problems. The guy at the front desk treated me with respect and made me feel very comfortable. The technician who worked on the car was very knowledgeable in the automotive industry. He took the time to explain everything he did in great detail. Ralph was very reasonable with the price, he gave me an estimate of $2200 in the beginning, and when the work was completed the price was lower by about $300! In the end I felt pleased with the services I received and I would recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks =)
