Absolutely no complaint with the quality of the optometrist or optometrist's services, HOWEVER, the office protocol, procedures, and manner leave an AWFUL lot to be desired. As always, the bottleneck is at the top, and the office manager here is no exception, definitely someone to be avoided! Other players there step in, in a paraprofessional capacity, to give poor advice and and proceed to make calls that should only be handled by an optometrist, with the end result being customer frustration, financial loss, and generally a terrible experience. If you go there make sure to verify and check anything told to you by the large assortment of office personnel and insist for complete clarification of EVERYTHING without exception, however I recommend going elsewhere to save yourself the aggravation and cost.
