Avoid these guys like the plague. They're evil slumlords and will allow their buildings to fall apart and won't even listen to your cries for help under the rubble. Will falsify everything to keep as much of your deposit as possible, to the point where you have to calculate whether it's worth it to pursue legal action against them - in fact I'm guessing they already went through those calculations and determined exactly how much they can steal before you start to think it's worth getting a lawyer. Seriously unethical greedy mofos, so unless you're so down and out you can't find anywhere else to live, run like the dickens if you see that they're your landlords. Don't be fooled by cheaper rent - you'll end up paying a lot more for a lot less than you think in the long run.
