Technician, Gerald Miranda, came to our house exactly on time (they said between 10-12 & he came at 10). He was honest about what was wrong with our AC vent, and did not try to get more money out of us (we are both Vets and did not know what compamy we could trust in San Antonio). He only replaced what needed to be replaced and left us with a great impression of Champion AC!!! We will recommend this company and Gerald to everyone we know. Thanks Gerald and Champion AC!!!
