We had been going to Lake Serene Walk in Clinic for years and we have seen a decline in care. Recently my husband was seen for stitches and charged $98 for de briding the wound (on top of an exorbant amount we had already paid). We called to see what that was about because we had removed the stitches ourselves and they said it was for cleaning out the wound. We were shocked because the only thing they did for cleaning was soak it in soultion... Then we got ahold of someone in billing who said that part of it was for removing the stitches and that they were not going to refund us because ""they were within their rights""
