An unauthorized charge was placed on our credit card in excess of $500! Phone calls/messages were ignored. Upon finally reaching the manager, we were bluntly informed that they refused to take any corrective action. \r
Our credit card company suspended and ultimately denied the bad charge. The process revealed that the unauthorized charge was placed on our card within minutes of the correct charge (a considerably lesser amount for which we had retained the receipt). A signature had also been placed on the bad charge (clearly not mine).\r
Recommendation: If you dine here, do NOT let your credit card out of sight!!!
