We had some work done on our homes main waterline inside the house. The quote was a little on the high side for the job, but they'd been recommended by a friend so I was willing to pay a premium to deal with a known quantity. I checked on the job about an hour after the plumber finished, and discovered my water line was now leaking at the site of the work. I called the plumber back, and to their credit he returned the same day and fixed the leak. Not thrilled about dealing with the water puddled in the basement. Wouldn't recommend this company. I received much better customer service and plumbing work from Action Plumbing - who we used to fix our sewer line.
