RobHealey , helped me I was driving a horse drawn carriage downtown Cincinnati, and while I was stopped at a traffic light, a part came loose and caused the carriage to roll into a cab. I got a ticket for a moving violation. The ticket would be about $150.00. plus points on my license. It is scary to go into a court room alone, if you don't have an attorney present representing you, no one in the court room cares about your rights.
