Very rude. Bad customer service. Installed a transmission for $1200, not happy with the purchase, and already starting to have trouble with it. When approached about the issues by my wife, he told her she didn't know a lot about cars because she was a woman, and then proceeded to tell her he didn't care, didn't want to listen to her rambling, and hung up on her. He finally did come out to the house to take a look, and then said it wasn't his fault or responsibility and left within 10 minutes. I would avoid this business and take my car somewhere that will stand behind their work.
