I went in with a bunch of gifts that I had bought last minute and the staff took excellent care of me- finding the appropriate packaging, taking care of the breakables, and generally just providing me with options I hadn't considered (and got my presents to the UK on time!).
They have earned a loyal customer in me, and will see me for all my shipping/ packaging needs in the future!
