I have been doing my laundry here for 6 months. About 2 months ago, the owner allowed a homeless woman to move into the bathroom and live there. Whenever I came in to do my laundry, she would begin preaching to me. Other customers complained that she asked them for money. The last time I went, this woman began preaching at me and following me around with a book in her hand. I called my husband and asked him to come help me. When he showed up, my husband told the woman to leave us alone. She called the owner, who came in and began to clean the machines right next to us. After walking back and forth between us several times, the owner called someone else. The man who came in parked right next to our car and stared at my husband while he loaded our laundry into our car. This owner is going to a lot of trouble to run off paying customers. It worked; we won't be back, and neither will a lot of our acquaintances.
