We hired Studio 3 to take our Engagement Pictures and also our Wedding Pictures. While the engagement shots were beautiful, the follow up service for the engagement pictures and our inability to get a return phone call or email the closer we got to our wedding date, ultimately made us choose to walk away from our security deposit rather than face the chance of not having a photographer on our wedding day. Perhaps the fact that they were late for our first meeting without apology should have tipped us off! They do great work, however their lack of organization and follow thru made communication a hassle. We had to drive to pick up our pictures last minute, only to find they were the wrong ones. Photos available for downloading were also the wrong ones. When they finally shipped the correct photos we had missed our deadline of mailing out our engagement pictures, which were taken in October, for a Christmas Greeting.
