A quick airplane trip into town with my son to register him for SDSU. Didn't expect much because it was the cheapest rate. However, service was quick and friendly. I got a nice Toyota which was better than I had reserved. Great chat with Melvin who counseled my son on what to expect at SDSU. When I returned the vehicle, Dale (?) the manager offered to drive us in his car to the airport because we just missed the shuttle. Another great chat on the drive there. They really went out of their way to make my experience memorable. Good job.
