Prices are not at all up-front, no one tells you the price before doing the service, and the prices are high!!\r

Customer service/billing staff hangs up on you, and can't get their facts straight (tells you one ""total"" price then increases the amount once the work is done). \r

The staff also lies about the availability of the owner. Conveniently they can contact him when it benefits them, but he is ""out of the office today"" when you have a concern. \r
