Some say building a house can cause a divorce, but not so for me and my wife. Our experience working with Don and Cher Groody on the design and construction of our home was a fun and exciting experience. Don and I worked for hours on the design, placement of the house on the lot and front entrance. We would bounce ideas off each other through e-mails and phone calls at all hours of the night, and end the end, it came out better than expected. Don and Cher are very knowledgeable people and both offered up many ways in which we could cut cost while still keeping the style we were after. These are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet, so if you get a chance to have these two build a house for you?..take it.
