Similar to the previous reviewer, we have been taking our poodle there for years and were very satisfied. In the last 6 months, though, Pet Spa has forgotten how to cut poodles. Not only did they forget to trim her belly, they also messed up her top knot, barely trimmed the pom poms on her feet and even went so far as to clip her ears! When these issues were discussed with the groomer, she was not happy with the criticism. Like I said, though, I used to be a satisfied customer...not sure what has changed, but I will be looking elsewhere for a groomer.
