I needed a simple shade repaired for my business. I dropped the shade off and when I called 5 days later they said, ""Give me an hour and it will be done."" To me this means that they haven't started yet. I brought it back to my location to rehang and they wound the shade the opposite way and it still didn't work! So I brought it back, and picked it up and still didn't work! Finally, I insisted that someone come down and install it themselves and the next day it broke again! That's it - I'm going somewhere else!
