They came out to fix our well because of a small leak. They requested that we get some bricks to make sure the well was sturdy because it was slightly wobbly, but before we had even come back from Home Depot they had KNOCKED OVER OUR TANK AND INSISTED WE PAY FOR THEM TO FIX IT! A simple repair that should've cost NO MORE than a $100 now cost my family OVER $230! When my mother said she should not be held liable to pay FOR THEIR MISTAKE the owner got very angry with her and threatened to leave it broken and us without water DURING A TEXAS SUMMER! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL SERVICE!! WE WILL NEVER recommended this company to ANYONE!
