I am a small business owner and I can honestly say if I conducted my business the way these folks do I'd be down to only customers that were related to me---if even that. I'm assuming their business model works because most people who use their services do so only for the discount on their home owners insurance, and hence never need to deal with any one that works at this company aside from the one phone call to set up an appointment and one visit from the tech. If like me you've had real issues with their equipment, you will regret going with their service. They have no customer service skills whatsoever, and their equipment is as poor as their regard for their customers.
