Jason Brickey responds to all emails/calls promptly, something I found is not common in this industry. Because our basement was unfinished at the time, Jason agreed to come out and position the ductwork when we did finish the basement out. A year later, Jason honored his word and completed the work promptly and without additional charge in June 2011.
My experience with Total HVAC was completely refreshing - they are honest, professional, and prompt. I have never written an online review, but felt strongly that they need to be recognized for their good work.
