My friend and I have a fountain with a small pond containing 3 goldfish. Our problem was algae build up on the interior surface/rock in the water - regardless of our use of Algae Fix. Paul mentioned that he does not charge for consultations - which I think is admirable and shows his genuine passion for what he does. I insisted he come out to see my pond as I felt I needed the xtra support and reassurance. Although, Paul said that it wasn't necessary, I insisted on paying him for his time. Paul arranged to come out later that day and I received valuable information and confidence to help me with my pond. I was not sold any unnecessary equipment or supplies. I'm thrilled I can manage my pond naturally without the use of harsh chemicals or fancy devices. Paul specializes in pond care problems. When you speak with him, you are well aware of his knowledge and enthusiasm for his work.
