The first time I used Georgia Carpets was for a whole house carpet installation that was glitch-free. I returned several years later to buy a rug. This purchase became the worst retail shopping experience I have EVER encountered in my 56 years! It is because Bob, one of the current brother-owners, errrored, lied, was nasty and unprofessional. The story is long, but suffice it to say I am a careful shopper who always checks websites like these before using a service. I have steered all of my friends away from Georgia Carpets since. Dealing with them is just too risky. I hate to write poorly about anyone in this economy, but I simply cannot think of any store that deserves a negative rating more than Georgia Carpets!\r
