Last Thursday I must encountered the same rude person at Stephay 7474. I went into the business at 5:37 PM to transfer title of my ppop up camper over to the couple who just bought it. After about a minute a woman came out an ""greeted"" us by saying we did not have time to transter the title today. I mentioned they advertise being open until 6 and she shot back : ""Well, I have to leave by 5:50 so we can't do it today"". It wasn't her message that bothered me it was the terse way she delivered it. I can understand someone needing to leave early but the first thing out of her mouth should have been "" I'm sorry, but I need to leave early today ......"" I live 4 blocks from this business and I will never walk in the door again and will make it a point to let others know about the customer service this place provides
