I had to laugh, they write 'our staff is here to serve you'. Allow me to translate...we will be glad to take your listing and you won't be bothered again (because yo u will never hear from us again!) Typical broker, I gave them my listing for my business...they are happy to get it because if sold and another agent or myself does all the work they get half commission. They don't return my phone calls but once when my sleepy agent told me no one was interested, drop your price way down if you want to sell. That is just about the only contact I have with them in 6 months!!! After the listing expires I sold the business on my own. Later they produce a paper with the buyers name on it, doesnt say they were looking at my business, that section is blank. Here I am totally unaware that 6 months earlier they actually DID have someone interested! They never called, never showed the business, never gave me a name, never did anything! Now months later they are suing me for half commission with their best friend as their lawyer bullying me. They want the commission...you can't make this stuff up. Do yourself a favor, eliminate the middle man, sell it yourself. In my opinion they are a bunch of do nothing, self righteous bullies looking to drain you of whatever they can without putting forth effort one. Fellas, look up due diligence and study it. People don't mind paying money if they get something for it. I dropped my price way down because of their poor advice and lack of due diligence.
