I have lived at this mobile home for over 24 years.. let me begin to say that as soon as I am looking for property I will be gone.. I have seen strange people move in this park and our manager has let them come in... and bother us.. also, I have experienced neighbors with loud noises and when you have told the manager nothing was done about it, but has picked on me.. you know you get that feeling that is not the home you pay rent at for years out of your hard earned money.. crime has been bad.. lets see, if you want to feel like you lived in a prison camp... my opinion that the management has not been management but prison warden who has driven in front of your home like 3 times a day.. you get that feeling that you are being watched.. I have seen movies when people were in prison camps confined for their safety and never felt like home but try this you pay rent here.. there goes the truck one, two three times.. if you do not mow your lawn a week then they will come to your home and be there on that day charge alot of money.. they do not care. also, complain a poor animal of yours and we see animals going place to place here.. also, tall grass we have seen different places here.. also, neighbors moving in people that look at us to intimate us when we go outside.. the plumbing has been horrible with terrible water that has been unbearable to drink and yellow. also, try flushing your toliet that is a joke.. people are not allowed to flush their necessities or take a dump here.. come home and find ants all over your kitchen after working all day and late night.. pleasant would it be? pay lot rent we do like everyone else for yours and they collect and your message is there is no respect for the good people like us have been here for years.. also, nosy neighbors who could tell you how many gray roots you have in your hair, but if it came down to them helping you if you left your car lights on forget it and the same would for the management.. security cameras have been placed here, but has not helped... I will be leaving soon enough.. thanks and if anyone wants to raise their family in a decent place.. think twice.. I ought to know, this would not be the place..
