Absolutely aweful. Manager Robert Meade has no idea what proper customer service is. How dare he yell at and lecture customers over something that was their issue/responsibility. He also berated one of his employees in front of me and another customer. He is by far one of the most rude, unpleasant individuals I have ever encountered. What makes it worse is he runs that location. Uhaul! Listen up. You may want to look into replacing him. I will never use you again. Budget Truck, here I come :)
