Purchased a Kenmore washer and dryer for aprox. $2000.00, 13 months ago. The worst purchase I have ever made. It has been one problem after another with both appliances. Dryer leaves black grease marks on my sheets even after Sears replaced drum (don't forget within 1 yr). Washer has flooded laundry room 3 times. The worst part of it all is the customer service ""NOT"" provided by Sears. Every call to ""Customer Service"" is a nightmare. The calls are transferred from one rude person to another. After trying to call the store directly and being hung up upon 5 times we went to the store with hopes of being helped. Appliance mgr. explained nothing could be done to help. Not even a phone number or person for them to contact. UNBELEIVABLE!!! Mgr. saiid they would send an e-mail to their Corporate office with hopes of getting some assistance for us within 48 hours. 72 hours still waiting!! Please do yourself a favor and do not purchase anything from Sears. more
