I went to this location looking for an outfit and received HORRIBLE customer service instead. There is an older woman who wears glasses at the front desk. I don't know if she was just having a bad day or if her attitude is always so negative but she made not want to purchase anything from Off Broadway. There was also a man in the back of the store who was just as unfriendly as the woman in the front. I was lucky in that I encountered a woman who was younger who was nice and offered to help me. I wish the other two employees would take some notes from the younger woman. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store before.
