We drove 200 mi. round trip to pick up a sewing machine they cleaned for us and the store was closed even though it was an hour before their posted closing hours on the internet. To make matters worse we called the store ahead of time and they told us they would be there. I talked to the co owner and he had no desire to work with us on a satisfactory resolution. He basically called me a liar in regard to what happened. He did offer a bag of vacuum cleaner bags as the best he could do for the problem. Go some where else where they value your business.
