I had a problem with a Subzero Refrigerator and once I called Appliance Solutions by Brock's in Lake St. Louis with my issue- they were able to diagnose my problem and set up an appointment for the next day. Because I was able to explain my problem to them, they were able to bring out the parts the next day when they showed up for my appointment. All I had to do was call the morning of my appointment, and they gave me a 3 hour time frame of when they would be there, and they were there within that time frame. The service was great, they only had to come out one time and my refrigerator has been working perfectly ever since. I am now buying all my of high end appliances from them because I can see they value their customers, and their service techs are all genuine hard working men. \r

I don't understand what problem all these other comments were, it's possible that you may have caught Mr. Frank Brock on bad days- because when I talked to him, he was very polite, straight to the chase, and upfront about all their service call rates. Most service providers make me feel uneasy and make me question whether or not I will get screwed over financially on the bill, but I was completely comfortable with this company. Everyone whom I talked to on the phone were very kind and helpful for my situation.
