Cecil Ayers was responsible for a $20,000+ home addition. He did not complete the job and did not communicate adequately. Ayers Painting did not paint the exterior of the structure, per the contract, and did not return phone calls or respond to BBB complaint. In addition, communication was very poor. He did communicate work changes that resulted in 20% in overages and when questioned he responded hostile and vulgar.
