I am new to beading and have been in the store several times without running into the owner. The staff were always helpful and engaging. Today the owner was actually in and working at the station in the middle of the store. She had dumped a large selection of sea glass that she was going to make into pendants. I admired them and started picking out shapes to purchase. When I asked some questions and want to pay for my selections I was told she would not sell the glass to me at all. I offered to purchase the glass to be made into pendants and earrings and was again told no. I have never encountered a store owner displaying items and refusing to sell them and being rude to a customer. I will NEVER return to this store and will tell everyone about the horrible service I received from the OWNER!
