I recently relocated from central illinois to missouri. The statefarm agent that I had in illinois was excellent. The Scott Brase office in Arnold is horrible. They try to sell you everything and try to get you to switch autoloans, 401k's, etc. to them. They are very aggressive.
After taking a couple of days to shop around, I found a different company, $170 cheaper, and decided to switch. I contacted(via web, email, and phone) the scott brase office, to tellthem to drop my coverage effective 8/1. I get a call today 8/3, with them saying that they didn't know what the effective date should be. They are not good listeners. I would avoid the Scott Brase office.
