I think you may have had a wrong number or when they heard it was you, they decided not to answer. I've only have had great experiences with the staff and therapists at the Center. They have returned my phone calls and have recommended excellent therapists to help me, my family and various friends who have asked for a recommendation. Too bad you were so frustrated. Could you have had anything to do with it? I think so. Otherwise 15-20 phone calls would not have (if they were) ignored. For everyone else...I highly recommend them. Nice, nice people.
