This company has the worst customer service I have ever received. After trying desperately to get a quote from them for almost an entire month, still no help. I finally went to the manager who calls back to say to take my business elsewhere and not to bother him (he's on vacation with his family). His office gave me his cell number - how was I supposed to know. I can't believe a company can stay in business treating people this way. Do yourself a favor and go with Acme Brick in Midland - they got me a written quote within 2 hours time.
