This was our experience, still no response.

To Whom It May Concern:
We are contacting you in order to follow up on our recent experience with Key West Scooter Rental.
We rented 2 double scooters Aug 6-8 (2 days). We made these arrangements via the internet, your advertising is great, misleading, but well laid out. When we read your internet page, it states your ?brand new scooters have all the latest controls and gauges for your safety.? To put it plainly, that is not what we found.
When we saw the scooters at your lot, we were quite shocked at their condition. Very worn out, broken and running poorly. To be honest we considered not taking them at all. However, Josh, the gentleman that had kindly picked us up at our rental home, was very kind and seemed like a man trying to make an honest living. So we decided to honor our contract. Even though my husbands scooter only had half a break handle, turn signals were taped on, The mirrors were impossible to use due to loose fitting screws and the gas gauge wasn?t working. Both bikes had extreme body damage, we tried to think of that in a positive light?we couldn?t really do anymore damage?. without totaling it. The worst part came at about 11:30pm on Aug.6th when one of the bikes stopped running completely.
We returned to your lot Sunday Morning approx. 10am to work this out or get replacement rentals. We were told that you were sold out. Your agent, Ryan Smith, of Key West Scooter Rentals, then went to where the bikes were parked to make sure the bikes were secured and in acceptable condition. He returned and informed us that we would be given a full refund for the defunct rental agreement. I have included this document as an attachment.
Your web page states ?Our customers are royalty?and service unbeatable.? I am sending this letter as a kind reminder, and request that you process our refund with Honor and unbeatable customer service.
