I would just like to say, after having two terrible experiences with customer service yesterday (which caused me to have a terrible day), I went in to this Sun Tan City today, and Julie (the regional or district manager), as well as the Salon Director, truly made me feel like they appreciated me as a customer. SUN TAN CITY honestly has outstanding customer service.
And honestly, they had no idea how horrible of a day I'd had, and how their kindness truly cheered me up, as I'm glad there are businesses out there who care about their customers.
Clean salon, great beds, great staff!
